Health RHYTHMS

I am excited to introduce  HealthRHYTHMS drumming programs into our offerings at Irvington Wellness Center.  These programs are well-established and proven vehicles to help you enrich and amplify your experience of wellness.

Bonus!  You do not need any prior drumming experience to participate.

Innovative HealthRHYTHMS programs are fun and build community as well.  Group sizes are 8 to 20 people.
We are offering programs here on-site, and programs are also available for off-site venues as well.

The foundation of the HealthRHYTHMS drumming program is the evidence-based HealthRHYTHMS® Group Empowerment Drumming Protocol. Scientific research has demonstrated that as a wellness strategy HealthRHYTHMS can create positive changes in the immune system, reduce burn-out and improve mood states.

Participating in HealthRHYTHMS Group Empowerment Drumming provides an extraordinary opportunity to discover your personal rhythm and enhance the overall quality of your life. Additional information about the research that supports HealthRHYTHMS is available at the Remo website. www.remo.com/health
