About us - Julie Gries

Julie Gries brings her love of fitness and yoga together in her practice and in her teaching.  Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and has taught group fitness for over 20 years.  Although Julie always enjoyed helping people get more fit with group exercise, in yoga she found the something more she was looking for when she found and fell in love with yoga.  She completed a 200 hour yoga training at All People Yoga in 2002 and has continued to work towards making yoga accessible in exercise facilities for everybody and every body by taking training through Yogafit (Yogafit Levels I, II, III and Yogafit Anatomy and Physiology.)  She has taught yoga for the YMCA, for NIFS, for her daughter’s school and at several other locations.
