At Irvington Wellness Center, you will find a group of experienced and highly skilled bodyworkers and healthcare professionals dedicated to providing personalized and tailored programs to fit your individual needs.  Laura Lea, and Margie have physical therapy backgrounds, and Beth has an occupational therapy background. Together this team has over 50 years of experience to offer to you.

Laura Lea Sweney

Laura Lea specializes in Zero Balancing and other complimentary bodywork modalities such as Lomi Lomi massage, accupressure, lymph drainage and craniosacrapy therapy.

Lynn Tisza

Lynn Tisza has been practicing Transformational Breathwork for 3 years with her teacher Christian de la Huerta. Christian is a Master Breathwork Teacher and is an award-wnnling author, lecture and group facilitator around the world. "During our work together, I have learned a new way of being that is more self-fulfilling, self-empowered, and grateful. I am in the final stages of apprenticeship with Christian, and an happy to be offering this practice to the Indianapolis area through The Irvington Wellness Center."

Rita Schilling

My passion is to help and encourage people be the best that they can be no matter what age or what obstacles may lay in their path. I have learned that obstacles are just stepping stones for success.

Julie Gries

Julie Gries brings her love of fitness and yoga together in her practice and in her teaching.  Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and has taught group fitness for over 20 years.

Heather Worrell

Heather brings a sense of humor, spirituality and peace to her yoga teachings. Heather has been practicing yoga based on Iyengar's teachings since 2003 and has taught yoga since 2007. Whether you have never stepped a bare foot on a yoga mat or if you are an expert in Eka Pada Koundiyanasana, her classes will be suitable for you!

Pam Glen

Pam Glenn has been a certified, registered Hatha yoga teacher in Indianapolis since 2003.  In 2003, she went through the teacher certification program at All People Yoga Center, under the instruction of Nancy Schalk (heartlandyogatherapy.com).  She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 level.

Holly Lewis

Holly first discovered yoga after a knee injury. She used Yoga’s healing properties to help her recover. During her recovery, she knew her blooming interest in Yoga was something special and was going to be a lifelong journey.

Alyssa Pfennig

Alyssa completed her 200 RYT certification through OM yoga located in New York City and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Always up for an adventure, she traveled twice to Berlin, Germany for the inaugural OM yoga teacher training intensive in Europe so she could train exclusively with OM yoga's founder and owner, Cyndi Lee.

Tammy Harwood

Tammy's journey with the healing aspects of yoga began in the late 1980's while she was a journalism student at Ball State University. She quickly found that yoga and meditation helped relieve the stressors of daily life and school, while changing positively, the way she felt about herself and the world. Her passion for yoga led her to complete All People Yoga Center's Yoga teacher certification program under the instruction of Ann Miller and Dona Robinson. Tammy is a certified and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 level.

Morgan Sanders-Jackson

Morgan Sanders-Jackson has been interested in yoga, meditation, fitness and movement from an early age. Through teaching pilates and fitness classes, Morgan has discovered the joy of helping others to become healthy, strong, and empowered. Certified through Les Mills, NETA, and Peak Pilates, Morgan has been teaching since 2009 across the Indianapolis area. She currently teaches group and private classes, including pilates reformer and equipment sessions.
