Hatha Yoga, a steady, grounding practice that weaves together movement, breath, and awareness.
The pace is slower and more spacious, with postures held long enough to notice how your body feels and to make the practice your own. Over time, this helps build strength, flexibility, and balance while gently calming the nervous system.

Hatha is a wonderful place to begin and a meaningful practice to return to again and again. Rooted in balance, often described as the meeting of sun and moon energies, it invites both effort and ease, helping you feel more settled, present, and at home in yourself.

Tuesday Chair Yoga

Chair yoga encourages flexibility and stretching, which can help reduce stiffness and increase mobility. With consistent practice you can increase strength in your core abdominal muscles, as well as your low back, gluts and arms.

The seated nature of chair yoga allows you to stretch and move in ways that will improve balance and coordination while feeling safe and having less strain on the joints as in traditional yoga.

You'll experience all the benefits of yoga - surrounded by like-minded people in a wonderfully warm and toasty environment as your teacher Emily Phillips exudes kindness and directs you through a flow of postures.

Wednesday Broga-Yoga for Men

Yoga is a way for all of us to realize the extraordinary within ourselves and let go of our self-imposed limitations. Men often believe yoga is for thin, flexible 20-something women and not for guys. Actually the first yogis were all guys!
Yoga is for everybody. Modern-day men can derive enormous benefit from yoga in terms of strength, flexibility, stress relief and relief from chronic injury. Examples of men who can benefit from yoga are those make a living doing manual labor, men who are endurance athletes of any kind, do weight training or engage in other forms of strenuous repetitive motion exercise and those with military service or first responders.

On the other end of the spectrum, guys who are more sedentary, work high-stress desk jobs, are aging, have chronic conditions resulting from physical injury, are very inflexible or are generally out of shape will find real benefit, as well.

The will be a fun, light-hearted class geared to a beginner level, with modifications of postures to make them accessible to all. The class will be at a calm, slow pace with down-to-earth precise instruction and individual attention given to proper alignment and breathing.

Thursday Innerspace Vinyasa Flow Class

You are invited to move into your innerspace through this vinyasa class that combines a theme, synchronization of movement and breath, proper alignment, and a calm, deliberate pace for an experience of inner peace, deep relaxation, an energized body and clearer mind. Over time, you will develop strength, flexibility, resilience to stress, and more compassion for yourself and others.

Cancellation Policy:

All drop-in class cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a class, you will not receive a refund. You can gift your session to a friend if you can’t make it, just text us and let us know.
